Everyone enjoys eating paratha that is fried to a golden brown and has a crunch. One of these indulgent parathas is traditionally served as a side dish alongside any entrée. Have a delicious meal using a particular recipe for frozen paratha for either breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients:
500 grams of flour, 400 grams of clarified butter, 4 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, kneading water, and ice to taste
Directions:
The first thing you’ll want to do is melt the butter in the microwave. Place in a saucepan along with the water and ice. Nice job. Get rid of any water that is present. First, you should thoroughly squeeze it, and then you should set it to the side.
In the second step, combine the dry ingredients (flour, salt, and oil) in a large basin. In order to work with a dough that is on the softer side, use water.
Step 3: Roll the dough out into an even thickness. Place the butter that is already prepared in the center. Fold the paper so that each of the four edges is facing inside. Let stand for 30 minutes. Repeat rolling the dough into balls and then set them aside.
The fourth step is to place each ball into its own little plastic bag. When you are rolling, maintain your position. The paratha that has been frozen is ready to be served. ENJOY!!
