Where can I find my Voucher number?
A 17-digit voucher number is shown on the email sent by Frontier Airlines.
The email was sent to the email used on your earlier booking or the email attached to your Frontier customer service Miles account with your voucher details.
*We recommend searching your email including junk or spam folders.
The subject line is “Your $XX voucher is here.”

Can I get a refund on a voucher if I cancel my reservation voluntarily?
When travel is voluntarily cancelled, funds remaining after any applicable fees will revert to the form of payment associated with the booking. If a voucher is used to book travel, the funds would be provided back in the form of a voucher.

Change Flight Time or Date
You can make changes to your departure time or date on our website or our app.
To make changes on the website go to “My Trips/Check-In”. Access your booking by entering your “Last Name” and “Confirmation Code”, then press the “Search” button.
Then click “Change Flights” from your Trip Confirmation screen. Then follow the steps to make your change.
To make changes to your departure time or date in the app:
The app can be added to your mobile phone by visiting Android or iOS
Once you have the app loaded on your Frontier customer service phone Number, access the app
Tap on the “3 bars” on the top left of the screen
Tap My Flights
Key your “Last Name” and “Confirmation Code”. Then tap the “Retrieve” button to display your booking
Select “Change Flight”
Proceed through the screens with your changes.
What type of pets are allowed on the plane?
Only certain animals are allowed in the cabin:
- Domesticated dogs (minimum 8 weeks of age), cats (minimum 8 weeks of age), rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, or small household birds may be carried on flights within the United States.
- The following species are never accepted: Large birds (e.g. parrots, macaws, cockatoos, birds of prey), rodents (including mice, rats, squirrels), beavers, ferrets, reptiles (including snakes), amphibians, spiders, and insects (and please, no lions, tigers, or bears).
- Only domesticated dogs and cats may be carried to or from international destinations.
- Pets are allowed in the cabin on all domestic Frontier flights, and on international flights to/from the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my flight?
Within 24 hours of purchase: If the date of travel is outside 7 days (168 hours), all tickets may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours from the time of purchase. No cancellation fee applies. You can request a refund on your Manage my Booking page by logging into My Trips. Note: Tickets purchased within 7 days of travel will be held as credit, subject to a cancellation fee found here.
Beyond 24 hours from purchase: If it has been more than 24 hours since you purchased your ticket, or the booking was made within 7 days (168 hours) of travel, a cancellation fee may apply and can be found here. The value of your ticket, less non-refundable charges or fees, may be applied toward the purchase of a future ticket. To cancel your booking, log into My Trips.
You purchased the WORKS℠: Refundability is included with your purchase of the WORKS℠! Visit Flyfrontier.com and retain the value of your purchase for use within one year (1) of the transaction date. Tickets must be canceled more than 24 hours before departure in order to retain their value. If a passenger elects to make a change/cancel within the 24 hours time frame, normal change fees apply.
